Lis Wihl (born on the 19th of August 1961) was an American writer and lawyer who was employed by Fox News.
She has been an adjunct law professor at New York Law School and was previously Associate Professor at University of Washington Law School. She provided legal commentary on Bill O'Reilly's Radio Factor and National Public Radio. She has been a frequent guest on The O'Reilly Factor as well Lou Dobbs Today The Kelly File With Megyn Kelly and Neil Cavuto and The Kelly File.
Wiehl is she is a Yakima native, who attended West Valley High School. She graduated with a bachelor's diploma from Barnard College in 1983, an MA in Arts in Literature from the University of Queensland in 1985 and then a Juris Doctor from Harvard Law School in 1987.
Wiehl worked as a prosecutor at the US Attorney's office. She worked as a correspondent for legal issues on NPR's All Things Considered. She was the "deputy chief investigative attorney for Democrats on the House Judiciary Committee" during Clinton's re-election. From 1995 until 2001, she served as a tenured professor of the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in which she was the director of the Trial Advocacy Program. The analyst was with Fox News from 2001 until the year 2017.
